Announcing MIDI Motion Machine

It's my pleasure to announce that MIDI Motion Machine has been submitted to the Apple Appstore and will be available for sale soon!

MMM is an accelerometer based MIDI Motion controller. Tilt your iPhone/iPod Touch from side to side to control your MIDI capable software. As a bonus, MMM also has 16 note trigger pads that overlay it's accelerometer display. Trigger beats and samples while you tilt your iPhone/iPod Touch to control your sounds.

Available soon on the Appstore!

X/Y Tilt control of MIDI Messages. MIDI CC #'s are configurable from an easy to use Settings menu.
5 user presets, selectable from the bottom of the screen, allow you to set up configurations for different software or to control many more parameters at the touch of a button. User presets hold information about MIDI Channel, and X/Y MIDI CC #'s.
16 note trigger pads allow you to trigger sounds while you tilt to mangle those sounds in real-time.
X/Y MIDI Teach buttons allow you to easily configure your MIDI capable Applications that have MIDI Learn functionality.

I wanted to announce that you're looking at our new site! We now have a user Forum, please sign up and ask any questions or chat about anything you please there.

CM Software Designs is a small operation. In fact it's just myself (Collin Meyer) and I'm happy to announce this and many more exciting things coming from CM Software Designs. I have limited time to get these apps out to the Appstore and try to make them something people want and like to use. I'm very thankful for the many very kind comments I've had so far, as well as useful criticisms! Keep them coming. I'm also really excited about what's coming as CM Software Products grow and I genuinely hope that we put out some things you like!

iXY iXY is now just 99 cents on the Appstore. Check the link below to buy it now! CM Software Designs is getting ready to release a few very cool new products, one of which will be free!

MIDI Motion Machine - a very cool accelerometer based MIDI Controller with awesome visual design
Sample Beater - Play drum samples in the air like you're tapping a drum stick. There are a couple of apps in the Appstore like this, but we're aiming to make ours much nicer feeling and more intuitive
MIDI Motion Machine Free version - a trimmed down version of MIDI Motion Machine will be made available. Not only will it be free but it will be available as a code example to programmers along with our release of DSMI iPhone library. DSMI is what allows iXY and MIDI Motion machine to send MIDI messages over WiFi.
